Hi Mike, we're going to make a change that will pull the PM speech bubble out so that it's right underneath the person's name so you can avoid hitting the More button - the bubble will be right there for you to click on.

Working on improving access to private messaging - speech bubble is now below the person's name. Next step will be to change the link so that it goes dierectly to the message entry page rather than going via the person's profile - coming soon, but for now, you can then click on Messaging to get there:
