Anybody else having trouble logging in? In the last 24 hours, I have tried to log in about 7 times and have been successful twice. On my first attempt yesterday, it said I had an incorrect name or password and my number of attempts had expired. Please wait 15 minues. I had only tried once. After a couple more attempts and failures, I finally connected but had trouble again later on. Checked my caps lock and it has been off.

I did get an e-mail from the ACMOC office saying somebody had tried to get into my account at lease 5 times with the wrong password but that was probably me. I am 99.9% sure I am typing my correct password.

Hi Gary,
I encountered the same issue. I don't think it was a user fault. I have my pw saved - later on, without making any changes it logged in ok. The back office seems to have cleared it up.

Just noticed tonight that on my wife's Mac Air, that Firefox doesn't let me log in, no matter clearing the cache and cookies, but Safari does. This is OSX 10.7.5, Firefox 27.0.1 and Safari 6.1.2
If you have the choice and you're on Mac, try Safari and see if it makes a difference. This could be useful information to help track down the issue for the software vendor.

I only use/have Safari on my Mac Pro 10.9.1 (or .2 whatever the latest is…) and I've not seen this issue on it. I also run Windows 7 and IE11 on that Mac Pro and that seems to run ok as far as I know.

Hey all, apologies for the craziness today. Our server admins are helping us to make the new store PCI Compliant (which means nice and secure for placing orders!) but sometimes the security measures they add conflict with other areas of the site, like the BB in this case. I've been locked out all day too! But it looks like they've finally corrected that issue. Whew!

(...I can't tell a tractor from a lawnmower, so we're even.) :noidea:

I just got an email from Toby Nelson "Sasquatch" stating he has had the same issue where it appears someone is trying to log-in as him.
I sent a copy of his email to Bruce to see if it can be cleared up.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
