Guys,
My D2 has a LaPlant Choate 6way angle blade on it. I was wondering if anyone has any literature on it. I have found some limited stuff on the R4 blade for the D4. What I am particularly interested in is a photo/diagram of the pads or skids or whatever they are called. I am referring to the devices used to stand the blade off the ground kind of like gauge wheels would on other ag. implements. They attach behind the blade towards the front on the side rails. Hope I have given an adequate idea of what I am looking for.
Regards,
-Joe

Mike,
I would be very grateful for any literature you have for the blade. Let me know what it would take to get you to make me copies.
Clinton is near Andrews air force base just outside of DC. I used to live in Catonsivlle, east of Baltimore.

I don't have much info, just a couple of poor quality pictures. Appears they used both a rectangular and round style.....some models used them and some didn't. Would like to see more info myself.

Yea I would really like some literature on the blade.
Here is a link to some photos of my D2 with the blade. She is hard on the eyes but runs fine. I conjured up a temporary fuel tank for the pony since the original developed a leak.

I see you have street pads on it. Those are handy to keep you from tearing up the driveway and the wife's lawn when you are out "test" driving! πŸ‘

Yea, those pads are nice but don't provide much traction. Doesn't matter since I push stuff around for fun and am not worried about being productive πŸ˜†

I am lacking female supervision.... can't you tell from all the blue tarps in the yard πŸ˜–mokin:

That stuff on the tractorparts site is what I was referring to when I said I had some info. I am anxious to see what Mike Durkin may come up with.
