But I’m a glutton for punishment. The next victim is this early Diesel Fifty. It was a snow plow tractor for the Gennesee Idaho road district. They had a belt pulley as well and they would use it to power a rock crusher in the summer. It’s got snow sprockets and right hand controls. Both brake pedals and steering clutch levers are on the right hand side of the transmission case. It’s early enough to have the old Diesel Sixty style starting engine and drop box into the starting bendix. This was one of the late Dick Lloyd’s tractors. Some may remember Dick from the bulletin board years ago. Here are some pictures.
