I'm trying to find the old magnet instructions for drilling the bellhousing for the direct electric starter. I know I've seen the measurements before but all my searches haven't found anything. I can make a template from the parts tractor but wanted to double check everything since it's a one time deal. Thanks for any help.
Scott, go to page 2 of this thread - there are the diagrams for the D2. I searched high and low on my pc for them but they're either not labelled or I don't have them - https://acmoc.org/forum/discussion/d2-electric-starter-conversion-for-main-engine
Thanks Neil, the bellhousing is most likely different but the layout of the holes should be the same as both use the same starter
