Legit or scam? Dealing with two different companies But the both sent me same 5 pictures of same block same warehouse?

Could be legit but my hackles always raise when their contact page only lists a PO Box, not a street address, and their phone number is a 1-800. I think I'd be very wary. If they don't take credit cards, I wouldn't trust them. I could be wrong but those are classic hallmarks of a shyster
