I just watched Killdozer a couple days ago. The movie was made in 1974 and they said the dozer was brand new in the movie but then they started it with the pony motor. I'm pretty sure that the D9G came standard with electric start beginning in 1971. I guess the weren't figuring on ACMOC members watching it๐.
