This 8 could be 1955 year thru 1958.

The model could be a 14A or 15A

The model and serial number is on the back of tractor just to the left of the cable control unit and above the drawbar.

Post the number after finding it.

Hey Dan83,

That's a D8-14a. The 15a has a lot more overhang over the front of the tracks by about 2 more feet. That's a 14a. As stated when looking at the back of the tractor, up around 10 o'clock position you will find the serial tag below the tank. If the tag is missing, it's stamped in the metal at the same spot. There is one on the engine, left side as looking from the drivers seat, about the 5th cylinder back from front of engine on the block, below the head. The 14a is a good tractor.-glen

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
