Is there a place with online parts and pricing for gasket sets, seals, liners and rings for my 7UD4? Most of the websites I find are pretty much "call and ask" and I'm not into wasting my time and $$ on phone calls.

I don't know about online access unless you have an account setup, but Regal would be one to try for the 4.5" bore sleeves. I expect there are other sources for those as well. The 4.25 are the ones getting scarce I believe. Jim Zimmerman is supposed to have the 3.75" sets and may have a source of the others as well. I would call CAT and inquire about their classic line parts to check prices on anything you find.
D2-5J's, D6-9U's, D318 and D333 power units, 12E-99E grader, 922B & 944A wheel loaders, D330C generator set, DW20 water tanker and a bunch of Jersey cows to take care of in my spare time😄

Bret,

Best wishes on your 7U adventure.

Cat for gasket sets, Olsen may have them but... Cat is cheaper.

Bearings, Motion Industries is where I found a lot of roller and needle bearings

Hastings for your rings

Cat or ..... for the rod bearings and main.

Are you rebuilding in place or not ?? If not then you may want to think about re-maning the clutch but if your re-building in place then forget this.

Thanks guys. I'm just looking and figuring at this point, the liners and pistons I have are okay. And yes, I'm fixing it in place. Sure appreciate the help.

I used these guys last year www.heavyquip.com for some trunions for my toolbar. I put in the price in their online quote and when I ordered it the actual price was quite a bit much lower than what the online quote and shipping from Reno to me was not bad considering they had to get them out of another branch back east first IIRC.
