No easy way to get to this but figure some other owners of old machines might have faced similar issues. I searched my dozer for signs of rats, and found 'skat' rolls in the engine bay and transmission area that are way too big to be rat, and are mostly seeds. Probably 3/4 diam. The majority of the lovely stuff is undigested it appears. quite a bit of it but what is confusing me is something that is big enough to drop a 'duce' this big, but fit in these areas? It looks familiar but I can't place it.

Possum is smaller as their diet is more varied? Raccoon will go on a Berry eating quest which makes it full of undigested seeds. 3/4" is about the right diameter.

That is what I was coming up with. One or the other anyway? Will either of them chew on my machine? I might not care of not as they would certainly curb some of my rat problems! Just found it pretty odd up on top of the engine!

Our vintage Harvest crew graciously accepted the gift of a V2 Case pull combine. When we went to get it,it was stored in an open faced shed on this really neat farm. they also had 5-6 beautiful peacocks roaming the grounds. Never looked in the bulk tank as the machine looked good and was pretty clean. Got home and found the Peacocks used the bulk tank as a roost always facing outward. We also got about 50 bushels of 5'8 diameter PeacockPoop. Bet the Peacocks were unhappy when their roost left.
