Has anyone tried to contact Jim Zimmerman in Orchard Iowa for tractor parts. It seems that his phone number is not working or no longer in service. Maybe he is no longer selling Antique Caterpillar parts. Anyone know the status?

yes Jim has been trying to sell his cat parts off. he is moving his interests more towards steam engines
he just built a new house last spring and has been cleaning up the yard. he does have a lot of trouble with his phone system as well.
I personally have not communicated with him for a while now, but this is what I new then.
I think he is still building and selling soilfence plows.

Chad Enyeart of Laramie Wyoming bought the remainder of Jim's parts and will be conducting a parts business. Chad can be reached @ 307 760-8483. Chad is a very reputable person who knows his stuff. An added benefit is that he is much easier to get ahold of than Jim was.

Had the opportunity to visit Chad last August just as they was unloading all those parts that he had bought from Jim Zimmerman. Met Chad's father also. Both real fine gentleman and Chad has a nice shop and garage. He has some very nice Cats and John Deeres also. Good people to have in the ACMOC club. Bill Walter; Chapter One
