I think Jim is now down to his 7C wide, his wide 25 and his wide Diesel 35. I know that he has done lots of "house cleaning" in the last year or so. My guess is that they would stay with friends in MN and would not go east with him.

If he starts hauling them and his trailer gets tired halfway, he can leave them with me 😄 Congrats Jim. Always nice to see well deserved advancements.

Dunefanatic, there,s a big, big difference in the weather between Minn. and Baltimore Md. The weather is not near as wicked down there and I,m here in NE Pa. so I see in the newspaper everyday the difference between here and there too (and Minn. as well) as they are direct south of me and my brother lives down there and has for almost 50 years now. They do get storms at times but not like we do up in NE Pa.and a little warmer weather all the time.Baltmore temp was 67 on Mon. and 65 today and to be 55 tomorrow.

What a surprise, Jim! Betcha won't make the board meeting in Peoria this year! Congratulations! And the weather in the Baltimore area is very mild compared to Minnesota. GWH

Congratulations Jim, Hope it works out well for you. On a side note our alarms went off at 3:30 this morning for a house fire. We are just volunteer departments so it took about 10 minutes to get there. It was in the basement, apparently started in a TV set. The lady of the house said it had been making a popping noise for the last couple days. Mostly smoke damage. the TV and a couch burned and some paneling on the walls. Lots of smoke.

jim should do very well in Balt. It is a bigger city, very different building construction and dam he won't have to interviewed for the news looking like an ice cube. I hope you bring the tractors east, we need some more out here. Next year you can take a drive to NY with one.

Thanks to everyone who posted about my move to Baltimore. Rose and I just got home this afternoon from the U.K., where I was doing a presentation to the emergency services about our bridge collapse last summer. I am looking forward to moving east in about 1 month. What is left of my collection is staying here in Minnesota. George: I will be a the board meeting in Peoria.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
