Hi, Jan M.
Soon you will be able to SEE the ABSOLUTE stunned mullet expression on your face as Glen made that presentation. WOOOOO-HOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just my 0.02.
OZPhil2 and Deas-
I had completely forgotten our exchange at breakfast where the thumb drive got passed and a promise was made for a video. Thank you Phil for sending it. I will watch for it. Can't wait. Dinner is on me the next time we meet up!
I was over today at the museum helping D4Angelo with his new D2 with auxiliary belt pulley and got to give O'l Dick a "pat." He is patiently awaiting his re-built magneto so he can get started to move back to his usual parking place from his "show parking place" in front of the 1917 Holt Sidehill Harvester. He has sat around for so many years, what is one more week?

You're welcome Jan.
I've included 15 "bonus" videos I made of the 2016 BOTW Earthmoving show for you, many of them featuring typical Glen standing on the side of the borrow pit directing half a dozen machines all at the same time with his booming voice easily heard over the roar of the machines with accompanying hand signals as he loved to do.
There's even the one with Deas on the DW20 being tandem pushed with the ejector right forward with Glen bellowing and signalling from the borrow pit sidelines alerting him to the situation eventually with Glen chasing him on foot in the borrow pit with more hand signals. Deas decided he had had sufficient "operator directions" for the day from Glen and if I recall correctly, walked off the job.
Cheers
Phil
Phil,
It got here and what a fine Christmas present! Thanks to you and Deas for working that over to me. Lots of fine memories are on that thumb drive. It is so sad that three fine folks from this Club, present in those videos, are no longer with us - Willie, Glen and Ken. Enjoy life while you can!

Hi JanM.
So your thumb drive arrived, GOOD stuff. But I dunno how much I had to do with it. OzPhil shot the video. OzPhil copied it to your thumb drive. OzPhil posted it to you. Dunno where I fit in all of that.
Enjoy. I can still remember the BEE-Yooti-FULL stunned mullet expression on your face when Glen announced it. PRICELESS.
Yes, it is sad that 3 of those people are no longer with us. Let that encourage us to be more mindful of the gift of life that we still have and to cherish it and use it well.

I remember that day well. My job was to make sure Jan was there front and center in time for the presentation. I will add that trying to steer that big OX in the right direction at the right time without giving him any warning of what was about to come was a undertaking. I thought for a minute there that I was going to have to get a stick.
Hi, O-I-H,
I can think of a LOTTTTA people who woulda bin less capable than you of achieving that VERY necessary feat. Thank you for your part in this GREAT event.
