Well the ole girl (D2 1938 S/N 137) has sat since the mid 50's. I got the pony motor to fire off. I will mount the carb back on it this coming weekend. Removed the diesel tank and fuel line for cleaning. Making progress. It's one of those deals where you gotta get it runnning in order to get it out and load it deals. What a blast so far.

My homemade starter motor for the pony works awesome.

If it needs to run to load itself, I hope the steering clutches work.
D2's are notorious for swelling or freezing themselves from sitting.
1950's is a long, long time......

you can post a link to your facebook pics.
At the bottom of the picture album page, there will be an address for "that page only" that you can share with all to see.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
