I need a D69U throttle control spring for the pawl assembly - 5F2243

I’m looking for a tiny 5F2243 Spring that goes into the governor pawl assembly. It is no longer available at Cat according to my dealer. I must have dropped the spring earlier this year when I was trying get the tractor running again after a long rest. The throttle hasn’t been smooth since that time and I got into the fuel pump and governor this weekend trying to find the issue. And - I think I found the problem. Any leads would be appreciated!
