Hyster Yarder D8 Winch

Here's some pictures of a Hyster Yarder D8 winch. Apologies for not being able to get better photos for now, it's in a dimly lit shed and surrounded by other stuff. The four drums stacked on top of each other are 20 litre drums, giving an idea of the size of the winch. Many years ago it was fitted to the back of a 1H D8, which I am also in the possession of. It belonged to a local sawmill/logging company around the middle of the last century, working in the rich mountain ash forests in the foothills of Mt Baw Baw, Victoria, Australia. It was separated from the tractor many years ago, and both were left somewhat neglected, however, not beyond saving.
