Yes it will fit. You may have to cut your fenders a little for the controls depending on which winch you have. I have a D4N on my 7U and the book for the winch shows dimensions of the factory cut out.
4G, 7J,2T,5T,6U and 7U are all the same back end case bolt pattern.
