Are the fuel shutoffs under the tank a 1/4 turn shutoff like a gas cock? I turned the drain one a few turns but it did not stop turning and I don't see a line on the square to indicate the flow passage. If it is not a 1/4 turn how many turns should it take to shut it off?

They are 1/4 turn valves but can be difficult to determine position. I change mine out for ball valves.

I agree, I changed mine to ball valves as well, don't need to see them to know when you've got them shut off

On my D2 once i found out the position for full flow i took the edge of a file and cut a line on the square head for that direction. 👍

Thanks for the replies, I will have to crack the line now to determine the open position, then I will mark it.
