How to sort out the various D engine models

I'll have to admit I'm confused by the various D engine model numbers. I know the D315 is the newer engine in the D4U's, the D4400 is the older D4J engine etc. Is there anywhere I can find out about the rest of the D lineup and what they fit and when??

I was thinking that the D330 was also used in the 922B ,I remember working on them here in MD in the 60'S ,just as a follow up to your list
