Thats what i thought for a grinder arbor, but never knew of any Holt grinders or tools. I thought maybe for a magneto on a Holt.

There was a Holt Manufacturing Company in 1951 in Oakland Cal. and Newark New jersey that made floor sweepers sanders and polishers, it could be a wrench those machines also.??? There is a catalog on ebay for them.
