Helping my Neighbor and burning some diesel in the D4

Both of our parents attended this two-room school in western KY. My neighbor plans to restore it soon. I spent a day and 1/2 pushing up some old brush piles. Got hung up on one of them and used the winch to get out.
Cleaned up 4 old dilapidated buildings behind the old school and pushed the debris into an old abandoned gravel pit. We call the reddish rock, “ Bank Gravel”. I rootwaded a few trees that grew up around the old junk buildings. Pictured brush pile would have made my daddy proud with no root rake
My pay was a smile, a full tank of off-road diesel, and an old wooden pulley from the wellhouse I destroyed.
Walked the D4 about a mile back home over yet to be planted cornfields. Neighbor helped me clean the tracks and I gave her a well-deserved rinse off.

Got the tracks all polished up on there and looking good. Worth its weight in gold.

The building has some similarity to a one room school about 2 miles from my house. The community has renovated the local school building for community gatherings. The similarity of design makes me think your building would be about 100 years old as well as the one here?
