DG,
9G series is an early D7, dating from the mid 1930's through to 1940. Someone on the BB should be able to provide an approx. year of manufacture.
Ebay would be my recommendation, although you may have to wait for one to be listed, as the earlier manuals are more difficult to find.
Hello DesertGaucho,
The tractor in question is definately an early "D7", these tractors were built from 1935 and discontinued in 1940. Total No built = 7,254.
Your tractor Serial No 9G 3572 was built during the 1937 production year., and were superceded by the "D7" 7M series tractors during the 1940 production year.

DG,
The ACMOC Serial Number Reference Manual indicates that the tractor could be either a late RD7 or an early D7. The first serial number built in 1937 was 9G2507 and the last 9G4348. The first serial number was an RD7 and the last a D7. The effective serial number of the change over is not known or wasn't at the time the book was printed. Someone on here can help with the difference between the two models to assist with positive identification of your tractor model.

Lee
DG,
Does it say D7 or RD7 on the front of the radiator?
Can you post a picture of the tractor?
David,
Do you know if there were actual changes to the tractor or simply a model number change? My not so dependable memory 😕 is telling me this was simply a dropping of the R in the model number.
