my d4 6u5308 pony motor was starting fine then the next day I went to start it and it wouldn't. So I cleaned the gas tank and the sediment bowl then tried to start in again. It started. but it died when engaged to the big motor. it seemed to have a lake of power. help please

You fiddled with what?
Went in the house......

Look at it this way, if you felt the gas tank needed cleaning then chances are what ever that was in it and the sediment bowl are probably down to the float needle.
Or the carb bowl is full of water?
U never specified what U cleaned out of it....

We need details leading up to this occurance and after also.
Maybe a spark related issue but U have not told us enough.
