I bought a set of head gaskets from Olson's. Paid $100's and they're made out of just paper gasket material. Could of made them myself for a lot less and a little time. Has anyone out there used them with good results? Thanks Guy
I talked to them about their gaskets, they said they use a fire ring on diesel engines, they might be able to add a ring to your gaskets. If there was a demand, they could make a copper laminated gasket.

Everybody uses OLSON Gaskets when there is no other option (ie Obsolete). True they could be made cheaper if there was a higher demand. I debated on making my own for a past TEN project, but when they have them in stock, sometimes you bite the bullet and pay for them so that you can spend your time working on something else that needs finishing.
