Guy wants to buy my LS scraper

I bought a LS scraper 5 years ago with the intention of making
it over to HYD (never had time) . I now have guy wanting to buy it.
It has 4 bad tires (ie they won't hold air again)other than that
it's fully useable, not bendup in any place. You could use it tommorrow with
a cable tractor like the D6C my friends have. I know if converted hyd and good tires its worth a round
$10,000 + or -.
So what's it worth as is?
Any thoughts will help
And know don't have to sell, but it will get
cut up to make a new piece of equipment.
