Does anyone have a source for the older larger Guide Light bulbs.
I'm guessing the lights are about 7 inch diameter with a fine mesch screen.
The bulb has no number and a flange near the base.

Thanks
Scott

I have a catalog somewhere that I downloaded off from the Internet of Auto restoration that I thought I got out of a link on here in a Discussion about cloth covered wire? I think they have those lamps as they have everything including the little primer valves that you install on the Manifold.
I'll find the catalog later today if no one else chimes in.

Hey Jeff,
I think I found the right bulb at Steiner tractor parts.
Part#ABC358 @ $7.95.
If you have another source I'd still like to know.

Thanks

The number is on the top part of the bulb. You have to look carefully but it often get swiped off. I believe the number is 2330. It is 32c-32c 6v.

I have picked them up for about 2.00 at the car swap meets.

It is 32 candle power on each filiment. Now, the socket is set for dual filment, but I usually find one wire clipped off the lights that only have one connection on the back. There are some 7" guide lights that have dual connectors on the back.

Here is a link.

The dual connectors are for High/Low beams. Most of the Cat lights I've seen have had the two wires connected so both filaments are burning at the same time.

RestorationStuff.com is the place where I got the catalog from.
