A friend called me Saturday and told me there is a memorial service planned for Willie this coming Saturday the 24th at 1:00 PM at the Paskenta park.
I've not been able to verify this.

Saturday March 24 at 1:00 pm at the Paskenta Park, Round Valley Road, Paskenta, CA. It will be a pot luck so bring your favorite dish.

For those of you who have not been to Paskenta ( I have) take Interstate 5 to Exit 631 and take Corning Road to Paskenta Road. It will be hard to miss.

I will be there.

Just got home from a very nice gathering for our great friend Willie. A very nice turnout and a fitting tribute to one of our great friends. Thanks to Garlic Pete for being co-pilot for part of the trip.
