Getting ready to hook up the generator on my D2.
I was searching through the old archives and in one of them, OM replied to someone with a different method of polarizing than is listed in the operators manual.
My generator is a Delco 1102425.
What is the correct method for polarizing this Generator?

Thanks

The Delco 1102425 is an "A" circuit generator.
To polarize an "A Circuit" system, connect the FIELD, ARMATURE, and BATTERY leads to the regulator. Connect the battery. Then, momentarily connect a jumper wire between the ARMATURE terminal and the BATTERY terminal at the regulator.
