Sorry, no help on the gauge numbers, but the parts book you need is the D47U parts book that covers your serial number range.

Serviceman reference books are separate, one for engine, one for tractor, but the single parts book for the tractor has all the parts for the basic tractor and engine and lots of factory optional equipment like lights, long track frames, skid pans etc.

Unfortunately there won't be anything in there for attachments like dozer and hydraulic control, winches etc. Those have their own books.
D2-5J's, D6-9U's, D318 and D333 power units, 12E-99E grader, 922B & 944A wheel loaders, D330C generator set, DW20 water tanker and a bunch of Jersey cows to take care of in my spare time😄

For that serial number the parts book says

Oil Gauge 7F9064 sitting in a 7F9218 "Adapter" (From tractor D47U6676 Cat went to a smaller face gauge that sat in a special housing, the early larger face gauge is 8B2355)
Fuel Pressure Gauge 6B6158
Water Temp Gauge 4F8238

I think you will struggle to find the original style of gauge now but you should be able to find new gauges that will work, your local Cat Dealer should have the parts except possibly the water temp but I'm usually wrong! The ACMOC Club is in the process of making new old style gauges to suit our old girls and if you are not in a super hurry I'd suggest waiting till those are available this year hopefully, then your D4 will look "right", I believe the oil pressure gauge is first cab off the rank.
