.
I have a CAT spare if you need. PM me. I made almost all the rest of the gaskets as I went along as it was a cheaper route.
I got a catalog from these folks at Conexpo last spring.

Online catalog http://www.bulldogkits.com/catalogs/2006%20Bulldog%20Gasket%20Catalog%20Web.pdf
They list some gaskets for the J series and quite a few gasket sets for other Cat applications. Pre combustion chamber seals and other parts.
Hope this helps,

great, hey drujinin which gaskets do you have?
Alan - that was a huge help, i believe they have a basic and supplement kit for the d2...i believe it will supply all gaskets needed to rebuild the engine
Glad to be of service!
Does anybody know of a source for obsolete trailer brake parts?
The brakes on my "new" 1949 LaCrosse trailer are Warner Electric's. I contacted the company but they don't support something this old..just wondered if anybody has a source? Don't know if it needs anything, but I like doing research in advance....at least the wheel bearings are Timkens!

Hey alan,
I have been looking for the bulldog gaskets folks ever since I got some through Regal. I have catalogs for their hydraulic seals and cylinder components division, but couldn't find anything that related to gasket kits.
Thanks for the link.
Anyone know how to get this into the sticky parts source post?
Alan,
I have an old trailer of unknown manufacture that needed brakes. I spoke to one of the local semi-trailer repair shops. They said that basically any electric brakes will fit based on the number of mounting holes on axle plus the distance between them and the diameter and width of the shoes. They said that you replace it as an assembly verses trying to put brake shoes on it because usually the electric armatures are worn out anyways.
Hope this helps!
drujinin
Drujinin, thanks for that information. It's something to think/worry about when I get around to tearing in to it!
