Hey Team,

Saturday we are having a Tank Car Crush event. Attached is a flyer. Anybody in the Fairfield, Ca area, feel free to stop by. People have given Donations to Miracle League for a chance to Crush a Car. Miracle League is a specialized Ball Field for Special needs Kids/People. I am giving time, money, and Tank Rides also to help make this much needed facility a reality in the Greater Bay Area. Some 50,000 special needs kids will benefit from it. It's costing $2,000,000 to get it built, and we are about 40% there. Over 6 million people in our local area and it's like pulling teeth to get Donations to help. If anyone has a heart and cares, contact me. I need help pulling this off. Peterson Tractor is a Star... huge, huge, donation. Thank You Duane Doyle and the Peterson Team. :biggrin1:

Also, I've invited the Ranger Road group, which are Disabled Veterans that have had life changing disabilities happen to them for Our Freedom. These Disabled Vets will get Tank Rides and Crush some Cars too. We have 6 Tanks running around at the American Armory Museum. I ordered a food truck, staff, moved in Tanks, and my Team is giving back to our community supporting these two Great Charities. I'd like to thank my Team, and my partner, who is my Son, Kevin for supporting this too. Thank you Team, we Are making a difference!!! Hi, Glen.
GREAT Stuff, M8. Please pass on my congratulations to the rest of the team for their efforts. And take some for yourself also

I would love to be there but the commute would be a bit hard and I have a commitment here as well. Try to enjoy anyway.

Just my 0.02.

You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.

I am looking forward to this event today to witness Team Ghilotti in action. Just so happens, I am working in San Jose for a few months so the drive up there is not my usual long commute from San Diego. This is for a great cause and we can't do enough for those veterans who did so much for us!

Go Glen and the rest of the Northern Bay Area Miracle League members!

Hey 7Up: I emailed the Queen Bee Bean Counter last night; she suggested you share the link regarding Miracle League and Rangers if they have a site(FaceBook?) anyways, her response was you're a great guy for such an effort to help both groups. She is probably the only woman that I listen to besides my 93 year old mom; she told me not to be so stingy and sign the darn check.....
I'd love to help and squish the juice out of some of those poor cars, but then I'd feel bad and want to get them running again.

Hey Glen,
I wouldn't be adverse to sending a donation online if there was a way to do it...
Might I suggest Gofundme or some other online donation setup? I've seen a couple of those, & they work pretty well. Looks like a good cause, & a cool, unusual way to promote it...

Thanks Ronm: great idea! I just texted several of my drivers and subs, they said they'd push the button too, because it was easy. That, and I told them they might score points with the boss!
Thank to you too Glen!
