Just thought I would update my progress. I want to thank everyone for the info I have recieved from this forum. I had a new radiator core built and shipped to my door for under $300. I am in the process of rebuilding the undercarriage now. I am still in need of a good set manifolds that I can afford. So if anyone knows of any please let me know. This may be a stupid question but can anybody confirm the firing order. Fresh paint turned out nice. I went back to the proper color gray.

Looks good!

If your undercarriage is shot you can use the undercarriage from a Caterpillar 22. Easier to find.

I was charged $850 a year ago here in Australia for a new radiator core for my 2 Ton, and it wasn't even a copper one, just recycled Coke cans I reckon, and I went straight to the factory that makes them, the local radiator shop quoted me $1,200!!
How were you able to get one so cheap?
The tractor, and your shop, look amazing.
regards
Mike

I got the radiator from general radiator in Chicago, ILL. They have a website, just google them. I gave them all the dimensions and then just traced a bolt pattern from the top of my old one, mailed that to them. I had the new one within a week and it fits perfectly. No leaks๐Ÿ˜Š . The guy I dealt with is Dan. Seemed like a Good guy.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
