Hi everyone, just been reading this really old cat book about restoring farm crawlers and ploughs, it mentioned ( escutcheon pins ) and I’m not sure what it is, is it something to do with drawbars or attachments?

I think Eddie B has another term for those pins with a kind of twist on them that are driven into blind holes to attach the various brass plates on to the tractor, like the serial number plate and the patent plate. My guess is that's what the book was referring to.
