Hard to tell if it has the bar grill of the 1st version. Appears to have the decal grill which would be included with the decal set. Decal grill is the second version and is harder to find than the 1st version. Correct me if I am wrong.

Lee

Yes, technically the 2nd version; but has the first version hitch and than they went to casting it in!

Cast drawbar is what I call the third version. Blade lift lever also removed. Ertl wanted it easier and cheaper to manufacture.

btw there is a very 1st version on ebay for $850....New with box...better investment than Brass ones or CCM ones to me, but too much money !

The old models just seem to keep going up in price, although $850 would be reasonable for a NIB second version, it seems a little steep for the first version.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
