I live 10,000 miles away in DowNunda so I'm not gonna be much use to you but a couple of my contacts on your side tell me that Instagram is the 'go-to' site these days for employers and employees. One of them 'ackshully' lives and works around Santa Barbara.

I will check out Instagram don't know anything about. I was under impression it was used by millenials. I have had a few of them work for me before. They tend to have the phone in there hands when they should have the levers in their hands.

I'm not qualified to comment on Instagram 'cos I've never been there. I'm only passing on what a couple of contacts on your side of the pond have told me.

Also, I can relater to what you said about having phones in hand when they oughta have levers - or shovels - in their hands. We see more than enough of that here too - and NOT just millenials.
