I am having trouble with a ensign carb model aae. The cork floats are not shutting off the gas and if over flows the carb. This carb is on a 1929 model 60 tractor. I did try to seal the floats but still having problems. Are there after market floats for this carb for sale some were. Have been all over the internet. Thanks in advance for any info. By the way, I love that 60 engine.

I have a similar carb on my Huber 40-62 seat threads are different same needle and I have a choke but everything else is the same and not saying your floats aren't bad but I had a time getting my brand new floats set to a level that it would not flood the carb or the engine basically I found that the needle does not need to open the full stroke and it doesn't effect the hp because we Dinoed that old girl at 82 hp cold and about 65 hot so it's getting plenty of gas at the little the needle is opening. Hope this is of some help to you and as of new floats not sure because I got mine from Campbell and he is said to no longer be with us. Jason

Roberts Carburetor Repair ( robertscarbrepair.com ) has them. Their part number is RPC-1850-R and they want $60 for the pair. They are listed on their website under carburetor parts under the GP General Purpose tractor and the Ensign model K carb.
Thanks
