Not directly related to antique cats but ACMOC member Steve Moyna is in search of a ford tractor backhoe. I'm not sure of the model being unfamiliar with Ford tractors. Maybe an industrial version of the 861? He works for Elder Corporation, an earthmoving contractor running primarily Cat equipment based in Pleasant Hill Iowa (suburb of Des Moines). They will be celebrating their 60th anniversary this summer and would like to display a ford backhoe similar to the original one they stared out with. They are not looking to buy anything just display if someone has one that may be willing to "loan" for a weekend this summer. Certainly need not be restored. Dates yet to be determined.
