Just a reminder everybody that we often get caught up in our own little world and actually forget or postpone our thoughts of the ones closest to our heart. Well I hope I have changed that by getting my christmas shopping for my dear wife done early. (Still have to wrap it and get a card) Attached are a couple of pictures of what I hope she will enjoy for years to come.

My wife seriously wants her own crawler with a dozer so she can play over at some property we have that has "her" cabin on it. I've got a line on a local D2 to look at that could turn out to be her Christmas present. I need a machine small enough to pull out with one of the log skidders as my wife has never seen a swamp that she can stay out of. I went over to the cabin one day to meet her and she had our little 955, 4 wheel drive John Deere stuck in the swamp with a full load of firewood on the trailer which was 3 times bigger than the tractor. The front tractor wheels were 18" in the air because it was so tongue heavy. When I asked what she was doing there she replied, "Well YOU told me that a 4wheel drive will go almost anywhere. The real story here is be careful, your wife might take you up on "her" Cat. Take care and have fun.

My latest project has been the wifes Cat Ten. It has been quite the challenge so far. A little more to do than I thought especially when under direct supervision to replace instead of make do with some of the parts........*L*...... but there is an ulterior motive as I can have more old Cats follow me home without to many hard looks!

Have a good day......Bill
