Try this link. It is for diesel fuel treatment for boats. From the West Marine catalogue. They sell several different varieties.

Good luck

The biggest problem with algecide diesel treatments is that you then have a big blob of dead alge to deal with.
I use a product called "Howe's Diesel Treat" in my boat and have no problems with critters in my fuel. It also improves lubricity, and reduces gelling. It is intended for the heavy truck market. My 6-71TIs love it.

Good luck,

Rick

Thanks for the ideas but, I'm trying to remember this one product. It was around say 15-20 years ago.

Problem is my 'forgetter' has improved and my 'rememberer' has got worse

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
