He was my great Uncle.
In the summer of 1971, he wanted me to go to Susanville, Calif. and work in the shop where (i believe) he was the service manager on a big earthmoving project. He was a BIG man, 6'+ and 350 lbs. He was missing an index finger on his right hand. He drove a Saab (car).
I didn't get to go to Susanville for the summer. I was a natural wrench at 14 and would have loved it.

Let me hear from anyone who may have run across Loren.
Thanks Steve

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
