Bare tractor weight is 25,925 lbs.
What blade does it have....angle or straight?
What cable system...front or rear?

so I guess my powerstroke and 24 foot backhoe trailer are out of the question?
looks like a job for the Kenworth and lowboy.

Add another 4,460 lbs for your cable/blade combination.

you might get it loaded and moving but Id hate to be you when you cant get it stopped..not to mention the fine you'd get with the AZ D.O.T.-You could hire a lowboy for what the fine would be and still have enuf $$ to have lunch and dinner out that night!
