I am debating which is more appropriate for me to purchase for my new "toy", a D7 3T. Being unfamiliar with the older Cat's I do not know the difference between the to books. I have a couple of parts books and an operators manual, but for things like brake adjustment and clutch adjustment as well as servicing the CCU I need more information. Thank you.

for the CCU adjustment procedures you will require the Book specifically for the CCU, the servicemans reference manual is a very good book to have as an owner of piece of equipment

Yes, I am interested in the manual that you have. The tag on my CCU says 9D113##, the last two digits are unreadable right now. A picture and price for your manual would be great.

Charlie,

I have attempted to send you a message to no avail. Yes I am interested in the manuals that you have. How, how, and how? As in, how much for the group, how to ship them, and how for me to pay you. Thank you.

I am checking on with the forum now to see if the engine book I have is right for your Cat. Don't want to send the wrong book so lets see what comes up. We will work the details out when we know about this engine book. Charlie

The D8800 is the correct engine.
On the #25 there is a later Form UEO32355 that catches later serial numbers beyond what is in the Form 12967.

Thanks OM for the info. It looks like the parts book I have covers the 11300#. Charlie

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
