Best place to get manuals is eBay, unless you happen to come across someone who's selling their stockpile.
I'm not sure about international sales, but here's a sample link from the 'States for your consideration.
Hope this helps!
Best of luck

most books etc from USA seem to cost about $25 AU for postage which adds considerably to the cost.
If you ask the seller to send them "Media Mail" The cost should be about $5. This is alot more affordable !
Hi Team,
back in that time Torque specs. were not in the manuals.
They have been posted many times before and an Advanced Search would find them.
Scans re-posted below. Use D8800, 5 3/4" Bore x 8" Stroke Specs. for your D7 3T.
Download and save the scans for future reference and Print them for use in the shop.
Cheers,

I think this book should help, it covers both the D7 diesel and pilot engine, appears to have the torque specs for the heads, bigends and mains, it is a old copy from Hastings Deering I bought a few years back, Caterpillar Form 31238-1, 190 pages, it is only the D7 engines, not the tranny.

Thanks for the info. I have sourced a couple of books from the States, one is the Jensales D8800 5 3/4'' bore engine service manual and the other is the D7 3T service manual but I don't know what's in them as still in postage. I will try and source a copy of the manual Mike has. Thanks for the info edb, I can use this as these are the critical tensions and head tightening sequence. Cheers.
