D7 3T D8800 engine block crack from no antifreeze.

I have a D7 3T that has a cracked block from no antifreeze. the engine has 1998 hrs on it so I would not need the guts. I live in alabama let me know. 3T6230 is the # of the tractor but the engine is power unit # 2s4229. Thinking about repairing this engine with Belzona (high priced j b weld) at $210.00 for 2.2lbs.
I will do a good job on it to make it last if i go that route but would like to know my options. money wise. thank you Phillip


I just posted this on wanted/forsale forum. and I want to know if newer engines could go in a D7 3T even if I change my clutch to wet or transmission or both. have a crack in the trans that leaks and needs to be re repaired. I will be doing all the work myself just would like to know your input need a pony engine head also. Thanks Phillip
