No, but it does cross with 1H5889, recheck your number. It also crosses with 7B490, 7B5750 and 1F3043, also 1H5888 does not come up at all in my book.

I found that 1h5889 interchanges with 3F7577 according to tractorparts.com website.
Does this mean it would be ok to use?

Yes, that is what is implied when the numbers cross, usually the higher number is just the (at the time) current replacement for the part.
