Just buy the lining and rivit it back on .
McMaster Carr has sheets and strips of various thickness and friction grades. Pretty cheap too if you don't need a lot of surface area. Most likely have rivets too.
If you're asking, it must not be the simple external shoe rubbing on a drum that bolts to the short/duplex universal joint connecting the clutch and transmission that was used on the later D6.
Sorry, never looked at a 17A clutch brake.
