American Crane & Tractor supply undercarriage parts, but where they source them from, I do not know ..

There are now many sources of undercarriage parts, with China, Korea, Spain, Italy and Eastern Europe being the major suppliers to the aftermarket dealers.
Be aware that the quality of aftermarket undercarriage can vary considerably .. so get some feedback from end users before buying. Some brands are a total waste of money, with inadequate hardening that leads to poor lifespan .. or excessive hardening that leads to chipping .. poor steel quality that leads to link cracking .. and multitude of other problems.
Only purchase a product that has adequate warranty, good feedback from end-users, and that doesn't have a massive price difference to OEM.
When there is a major difference in price, you can bet your last dollar, the steel QC only involved checking for dirt going into the furnace, when they threw in the floor plating from the last ship they broke up.
