I have a 6c and the manual tilts are wore out. I was wondering if any of you had a fix for them.
they are a type of turnbuckle so a similarly sized one would work. or cut the threaded ends of and turn up new ons weld em on the the original eyes and adjuster sleeve

instead of perfection some times we just have to accept practicality
I guess that is what I am going to have to do.
Was hoping there was a way to modify the turnbuckle to just use the bottom threads.
I found a set of tilts from a komatsu and adapted them the the 6c

So now all you need is some 'jen-u-wine' Cat yellow to cover up that awful 'other brand' color? And maybe some work to make it look like those new tilt braces were 'always' there?
