I have a late D6c i just bought with a two drum tail winch -- i dont know much about cats but can it be removed ?? i would like a winch with larger cable to use for extracting stuck machines.. Ideas? Does the two drum have some value to anyone ??

I guess what you are trying to say is . Your tractor has a double drum PCU on the back and you want to swap it for a logging winch.
Not hard to do. Just find a suitable logging winch fron a frendly ACMOC member then after changing over advertise your old PCU on the bulletin board for sale.
