I have purchased a d6b sn 44a113xx
Does anyone have an exploded diagram showing the track frame with the adjuster. The previous owner took it apart sometime back. I now have do put it back together to move it and load it. Thanks in advance.

Hydraulic.

It's never easy. There are four different types. In general the early ones have a four bolt cover to retain the seal between the cylinder and the piston. Latest style does not. A picture of the parts would help identify.

Mine has the 4 bolt cover. I wanna make sure I'm not missing anything since he took the spring and all loose from the track frame.

Thanks!! That shows me what I need. Now the tracks on the machine are shot. There is a set of tracks that look really good that go with it. It already has segments on the rear sprocket they are berco cr 4409. The number on the track links are d5h/190 these are correct right??

Also I'm gonna need a master pin for these tracks. Does it just drive in? I know they are salt tracks.

Thanks for all your help.

The CR4409 is a segment for 6.91" pitch track. It appears you have the conversion set up from 6.75" pitch to 6.91" pitch which the D5's use although a D5H is an elevated sprocket model. Normally the matching chains would be CR2821/2 link numbers. The conversion chain should have alligator master links and be one less link assembly then the 6.75" versions.

Will the d5h chains be ok?

No, if it is truly D5H track they are 7.5" pitch. If it's regular D5 it's 6.91" pitch.

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
